With AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Amplify, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Cognito

Follow step-by-step instructions to create a simple serverless web application that enables users to request unicorn rides from the Wild Rydes fleet

In this article , you’ll create a simple serverless web application that enables users to request unicorn rides from the Wild Rydes fleet.

The application will present users with an HTML based user interface for indicating the location where they would like to be picked up and will interface on the backend with a RESTful web service to submit the request and dispatch a nearby unicorn. …

Overview

In this tutorial, you will create a simple full-stack web application using AWS Amplify, a set of tools and services including a web hosting service. In the first module, you’ll build and host a React application on AWS.

Through the remaining modules, you will initialize a local app using the CLI, add authentication, add a GraphQL API and database, and update your app to store images.

Continuing from the previous 2 modules completed stage, let’s start with the Module-3 Replication Steps to follow in adding authentication, Adding a GraphQL API and respective database for storage, and at last the Image…

Overview

In a real-world setting, testing and training machine learning models is one phase of machine learning model development lifecycle. These models need to be deployed in real-world application to utilize it’s benefits. In this article I will discuss on how machine learning model can be deployed as a microservice in a plain Docker environment.

Now a days Kubernetes becoming more popular which act as a management layer for the Docker runtime. It provide necessary container management functionalities which suitable for production grade deployment. …

In this article, we would be working on a pre-developed React Weather Application, which can be easily cloned from my GitHub repository and moving the web application in the containers using the AWS Elastic Container Service(ECS) using the Terraform as an Infrastructure as Code tool.

We would be discussing over how to move the Weather web-app on the AWS ECS container service by building a Docker Image and moving in the AWS Elastic Container Registry service.

In this article we will learn how to install a Jupyter Notebook instance in the AWS Instance.

Now-a-days most of the data related pre-processing, analyses, modelling using the various machine learning algorithms is done with the Jupyter Notebook which makes the development more interactive and user-friendly.

In this article, I would be explaining how to access the Jupyter notebook in AWS EC2 instance directly through a Docker image. No need to install Anaconda or Jupyter in the AWS EC2 instance.

I am assuming that you already have an AWS EC2 instance and know how to access it through MobaXterm

We developers often have access tokens and other sensitive information flowing through our applications. Access tokens are needed so that we can consume APIs on behalf of our users, and the tokens have to be stored somewhere.

With single-page applications, it’s tempting to store access tokens directly in the browser. Doing so is convenient because it makes it easy to intercept API hits and add the token to an Authorization header.

But here’s the problem: major identity providers explicitly warn against keeping access tokens in the browser, as does OWASP, and the authors of the OAuth 2.0

In this article, I will take you through the steps required to follow in setting up a performance monitoring tool Zabbix on Amazon Cloud Service.

Zabbix Image

What is Zabbix?

Zabbix is an open-source monitoring software tool for diverse IT components, including networks, servers, virtual machines(VMs) and cloud services.

Zabbix provides monitoring metrics, among others network utilization, CPU load and disk space consumption. Zabbix monitoring configuration can be done using XML based templates which contain elements to monitor.

Zabbix can use MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Oracle or IBM DB2 to store data. Its backend is written in C and the web frontend is written in PHP.
